By Laura Heimann | 11-15-2025

Beginning January 1, 2026, two Board seats are open for a two-year term. The Board acts as the elected representatives of the Cottonwood Creek community. As such, it is important to have active participation by home owners in the community. To quality for the Board, nominees must be a homeowner, current on HOA and assessment dues, able and willing to attend most HOA meetings and help the Board serve our community.
