Important information regarding the Cottonwood Creek 2021 Road Update Plan was proposed at the Cottonwood Creek Homeowners Association’s annual meeting via Zoom on December 6, 2020. The proposal was then voted on by the homeowners of Cottonwood Creek. The Roads Plan Resolution passed with 53 ‘yes’ votes. This represents 82% of all (65) Lot Owners.
