- Annual HOA meeting will be December 7 at Legends Patio Grill and Bar at Cherry Hills. More information will come prior to the meeting.

- Increased costs for services and maintenance costs are causing HOA annual dues to increase in 2026 from the current $375 to $465. More information will be provided at the annual meeting.
