After a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cottonwood Creek homeowners were able to meet in person for their annual homeowners meeting January 22, 2023 at Legends Patio Grill & Bar. Outgoing board members were thanked for their past service to the association and the new board members were introduced. The 2023 budget was discussed along with an update on the roads.
