The annual Cottonwood Creek homeowner’s meeting was held Sunday, December 7 at the Legends Patio Grill and Bar. There were 32 people present at the meeting. The agenda, financial statement, and road maintenance plan are listed below.
The biggest discussion topic was the road maintenance plan and whether the HOA has enough annual receipts to cover all recurring expenses plus future road maintenance and repairs. It was suggested by a majority of those in attendance that the Board seek approval for an additional annual roads assessment to build a surplus to cover required future road repairs. The Board will discuss this at its next meeting and will provide additional information and a possible ballot to vote for such an increase, as required by the covenants. More to come on this topic…
